Addressing Barriers to Employment for Muslim Women

CCMW invites you to participate in a research study aimed at better understanding employment experiences of Muslim women in Canada (including self-identified and trans women). The study is part of CCMW's "Barriers to Employment for Muslim Women" project funded by WAGE Canada. The multi-year project focuses on developing tools and strategies to increase Muslim women’s recruitment, retention and advancement in non-traditional and/or growing economic sectors in Canada. 

You are invited to participate in the study, if you are a Muslim woman residing in Canada (including self-identified and trans women). Specifically, the study will focus on experiences of finding, retaining, and advancing in paid work. If you are a Muslim woman residing in Canada (including self-identified and trans women), speaking any of the following languages, please refer to the appropriate language flyer, by clicking the language listed below, to participate in the focus group. Participants will receive a $30 honoraria for their participation. 


CCMW’S ASPIRE RESEARCH STUDY

We invite you to participate in CCMW's national ASPIRE Research Study. This study aims to support more diverse, equitable and inclusive Canadian workplace environments. The study will help us understand challenges in recruiting, retaining, and promoting Canadian Muslim women and other diverse talents.
