Nisa Homes Fundraiser

We are running a community fundraiser in support of Nisa Homes this Ramadan and are calling on you to make Zakah or Sadaqah donations to help keep our Sisters safe.

Poverty, homelessness, domestic assaults and cases of violence against women have increased significantly since the start of the pandemic. Nisa Homes, which runs transitional homes to provide shelter and safe haven for vulnerable women has been working beyond capacity over the past year and is in urgent need of financial assistance.

We’re raising funds for Nisa Homes through this campaign. 100% of all money raised will go directly to Nisa Homes centres across Canada and your generous donations could help save lives. Please donate today and let's all heal together this Ramadan.

ABOUT NISA HOMES

Nisa Homes is the first national group of second stage shelters for Muslim women and children in Canada.

With homes across Canada, Nisa Homes aims to ensure women and children have a safe place to turn to if they are experiencing domestic violence, homelessness or forced resettlement. Through the services they provide, the 3 month length of stay, and the supports to find employment, education and housing, 85% of their clients have succeeded in becoming self-sufficient and independent.
