CCMW Durham Region will be co-hosting a family event in association with Oshawa library on October 1. Mayor Dan Carter will be proclaiming Islamic history month speak briefly at the event. We will have crafts, colouring, information posters done by our youth and light refreshments in this free family event. Find out more here
October is Islamic History Month in Canada, and an opportunity to learn about Muslim contributions to the sciences, humanities, medicine, astronomy, and other disciplines that have greatly benefited civil progress.
