This workshop explores the fundamentals of the psychology of food and eating to equip us with do's and don'ts to nourish our health and wellness and leave us with some lasting habits post-Ramadan. You will leave with an assortment of ideas to fill your bellies while achieving satiety and nourishing your body, your amanah.
We greatly appreciate sharing a recipe or takeaway during the session. We will have an open discussion and a "filling" competition on the best meal suggestions from our audience.
