CCMW Durham had its first Digital Iftar. Nine-year-old Ayana, daughter of Maryum shared her recipe for Fruit Chaat. Members spoke about their favourite Iftar foods and shared some memories of past Ramadan.

Ayana's recipe for Fruit Chaat

Cut up fruits of choice: bite-size pieces of orange, apple, kiwi, watermelon, cantaloupe and banana. Toss with some orange or mango juice. Add the banana at the end to prevent it from browning. You can add chaat masala if you prefer.
