Paint Event

Durham Region hosted its first in person paint event for moms and children at Delpark community centre in Oshawa. We had many moms and daughters sign up for the fun event.  Member Arshi Shaikh has been organizing paint events for many years for organizations through her business Studio Escape https://instagram.com/studio.esc?igshid=Yzg5MTU1MDY=

The participants were provided with aprons to protect their clothes,  canvases,  paint and brushes. Arshi patiently lead the group through step by step instruction. 

We ordered yummy pizza lunch from Crowne Pizza in Whitby and took a quick break from painting. We completed the acrylic painting within a few hours under Arshi's guidance. 

It was a lovely stress-free experience to spend time with others while being creative. Thanks Arshi for organizing this event and we look forward to the next one.
